This new old stock 4-way power seat motor relay was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Buick 1961 Lesabre, Invicta, Wildcat, Riviera, Electra (44-46-47-4800) with 4-way  2nd type,

Buick 1962 LeSabre 2 and 4 Door Hardtop and 4 Door Sedan, Wildcat 4-Door Hardtop and Convertible, Electra with 4-Way seat (4439-47-69-4639-67-4800). 

Oldsmobile 1961 with 4/way power seat (use with 2nd type motor # 5045243),

Oldsmobile 1962 with 4/way seat.
