This new old stock transmission reverse release lever handle with cable retainer was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Chevrolet 1964 – 1967 All Chevy, Chevelle, Chevy ll with 4 speed.

Chevrolet  1964-1967 Corvette – see note below

Oldsmobile 1964 – 1966 with 4 speed ST except F85.

*When installing on C0rvette it may be necessary to enlarge the cable hole in the reverse

release handle Use a # 43 drill to enlarge the cable hole from 1/16″ to .089/.093 diameter.
