Everything listed for sale on the website is on the shelf and ready to ship from our new climate controlled warehouse. If an item sells out, the add to cart button disappears and it will say out of stock. You can place your orders with confidence because we sell the parts that were made by the manufacture of your car for your car and we stand behind every part that we sell. Orders are processed the day following the day an order is placed and mailed out the following morning. We will send you an email with a tracking number after your order has been shipped. International orders will be sent a customs form number. Exceptions to this are if you place an order on a weekend your order may not be processed until Tuesday if we have a high number of orders to process made on the weekend. Occasionally we have trouble finding a part due to the massive volume of parts we stock in our warehouse and it may add a day or two to the processing time.
Can’t find what you need? Please check back, we add parts to our internet store daily. If we still do not list what you need, let us know. We answer email requests with part numbers first, then we answer email parts requests that require more extensive research to look up part numbers, last of all we check our phone messages. Please understand that we receive a constant 24 hour a day tidal wave of parts requests that totally overwhelms our limited staff at times .We understand how expensive it can be to buy parts books for your cars and so we are happy to visit with you and use our extensive library to help you find the part numbers of what you need, or do additional research in our service bulletins or factory shop manuals to help you solve problems. We have always done this at no extra cost to you our valued customers even though it puts us behind. Last of all we keep track of our inventory using GM part numbers but with over 500,000 pieces of NOS on hand it is not possible for us to tell you at this time everything we have for your car. For the same reason we do not have a catalog of everything we have, the scale is just to large. It is our goal to some day have everything we have online so you will be able to search our entire inventory by year and make.
Almost everything that we sell is New Old Stock. Most of the parts are in the original packaging, exceptions to this are when we had to repackage the item to protect the part from shelf wear or the packaging had deteriorated.
New Old Stock (NOS) is just that, new unused original stock that has been on the shelf 20, 40, even up to 80 years. Some items show shelf wear or scuff marks due to movement in the box over time. We strive to show quality pictures and descriptions of the items that we sell.
Chrome Parts, there is a difference in “factory” chrome verses “show quality” chrome which usually has a deeper, richer shine and a smoother finish. Do not expect a show quality finish from stock parts.
Parts Identification takes a lot of time and research. Tens of thousands of hours has gone into the identification of our parts. We try to show the part number. We have also added updates and deletions to the numbers when we find them. You may find that with the large number of parts that we deal with there will be, at times errors, whether it be our mistake or a misprint out of a parts manual or a missing update to the material. We try to be as accurate as possible.
Images are provided for most of our parts. Many of the parts are multiples, the picture on the add may or may not be the exact part you order however all the parts will be as described in print and image.
