This new old stock  vacuum actuator diaphragm was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Cadillac 1967 – 1968 All except Eldorado (defroster valve actuating),

Cadillac 1969 – 1970 All except Eldorado (air inlet),

Cadillac 1969 – 1970 All except Eldorado, 75 and A/C (defroster valve on heater distributor).
