1958 – 1961 General Motors Air Conditioning Seal Kit GM # 6590481

This new old stock shaft seal replacement kit for automobile air conditioning (axial compressor) was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Buick 1961 with air conditioning.

Cadillac 1958 – 1961 with air conditioning.  Use with compressor # 5910425, 5910655, 5910091, 5910092

Chevrolet 1961 with air conditioning.

Oldsmobile 1961 with air conditioning.,

Oldsmobile  1962 with Cool Pack.

Pontiac  1961-1962 All with air conditioning ( with 5/cylinder compressor ).

The discoloration you see on the  metal part is not rust but protective coating.
