This new old stock  windshield wiper motor terminal board assembly was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Chevrolet 1968 – 1969 Chevelle,

Chevrolet 1970  Concours, El Camino Custom, Malibu, Monte Carlo , Camaro,

Chevrolet 1971 Chevelle  Concours, El Camino Custom, Malibu, Monte Carlo , Passenger, Camaro. 

Oldsmobile 1965 – 1967 with 2/speed wiper except  F85.
