This new old stock transmission synchronizer 3rd and 4th speed hub was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Chevrolet 1948 – 1961 Series 10-40 with 4 speed. 

GMC Truck  1948-1954  100-150-250-280-300FC. 350-FC, FF with synchromesh 4-speed transmission,

GMC Truck 1955 – 1962 (N, S, T, X, Y) with SM420 4-speed transmission.
