GMC Truck 1958-1959 (S) Series 10 thru S37 All Conv 8-cylinder with 5686078 pump (prior to 366-36635001),

GMC Truck 1958-1959 (S) Series F35. F37. 45, F,S45. W, MW50 with 5686078 pump,

GMC Truck 1958-1959 (S) Series SFM46. 55 thru DW97 Early Type  with 5686078 pump,
