Chevrolet Truck 1955 – 1959 Series 5-6 except with H.D. axle,

Chevrolet Truck 1960 – 1962 Series 50-60 except with 7000 lb. axle,

Chevrolet Pickup 1967 Series 30 D-D  with 11,000 lb. axle.
