This new old stock heater hose elbow was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Chevrolet Truck 1957 – 1959 All (use with # 987691 outlet pipe).

GMC 1957 – 1959 (S,T) Deluxe Air Flow 100 thru 670 Conventional, 350 thru 600 C.O.E.,

GMC 1960 – 1963 (G, J, N) 1810-11.

GMT 1965 – 1968 Tilts.
