This new old stock speedometer adapter micro switch was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Chevrolet  Truck 1963 – 1965 Series 50-60 with 2-speed axle with vacuum switch except 4-cylinder Diesel – 5.636 selector valve switch.

Chevrolet  Truck 1967 – 1969 Tilts except Diesel.
