This new old stock auxiliary fuel tank selector switch bezel was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models: 

Chevrolet Pickup 1976-1978 CK-1,2,3 pickups with auxiliary fuel tank & 350 engine,

Chevrolet Pickup 1979-1980 CK-1,2,3 pickups with auxiliary fuel tank.

Also fits GMC.
