This used radiator grille was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Pontiac 1982 – 1987 T1000.

Note:  See Images to see a chip and 2 vertical  bars that are broken on one end.

Can be repaired fairly easy  with superglue and should be undetectable or used as is for a less than perfect  replacement. Priced accordingly
