This new old stock  Delco right hand knee action front shock absorber was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models:

Oldsmobile   1937-1938  with 6 & 8-cylinder except Convertible (F & L)

Delco  # 1947-A 2J1C 6-D-48  Forging number on arms is 5312058 and 5312062
